The past few years have been challenging to say the least.

Repeat flooding, the Covid-19 pandemic, denominational disaffiliations, the rapid increase in teenage anxiety & depression rates, have changed our lives and our ministries, but we have also learned some lessons about what is truly important in youth ministry. Many of us have been relaunching our youth ministries, because we cannot just go back to doing what we have always done. Leaders in Methodist youth Ministry Alliance have come together to create a coaching program to help youth leaders rethink, refocus, reimagine and relaunch ministries. The program is free to members and consists of group meetings and individual coaching sessions.
