This ministry was established to help connect those who serve with youth to provide one another with support, encouragement, prayer, and training.  It doesn’t matter if you are employed at a church, volunteer, are a clergy person.  Working with youth has big rewards, however, sometimes it can be difficult, and our experienced coordinators are ready to shepherd those serving, wether that is celebrating or crying out.
