ROOTS Young Adult Pilgrimage

Our Methodist Movement

Started with a couple of young adults who had a few different ideas about their faith and the faith they grew up with. Roots is something different. It is a spiritual journey for a small group of young adults (18-26) around England that takes us to the places where Methodist began. As we delve into Wesleyan history and English culture, we will ask ourselves what our mission is, both as Christians and as Methodist.

Our pilgrimages are typically 10 days, and pass through a John Wesley chronological order of Epworth, Oxford, Bristol, & London. As with most pilgrimages, there is a significant amount of walking with ours, accommodations can vary from place to place, and while we are intentional about our destinations & schedule, is subject to change.
